3) operates a very quick turn around of clearance and bulk buy products and therefore cannot guarantee delivery of the item(s) purchased due to stock error as items may or may not be listed on other marketplaces and sold in other retail avenues.
4) will list new items as soon as reasonably possibly; items listed may be very approximate in description and colours and/or description may vary from item you may receive.

9) reserves the right to estimate and approximate a fair retail value AND fair clearance value of items sold on this website if no recommended retail price at the time of sale can be found.
